Too detailed..

Posting this track on Facebook and make "Baby, I love you" its title?

ahahahahahahahahaha

The person who posted it could even read my post if she/he wants to, but who cares, I've had enough posts like

"Breaking up for good!!!! She's a !")=(§=!(")"

and 5 minutes later

"Babe, nothing can seperate us, our love is just too strong <3 <3"

on my Newsfeed in the last few years.

But "I'm on you"?
I can hardly ban the scenario from my head...

And I cannot think of another meaning of "I'm on you" than being on someone.

So: Spare me the details, or post something nice and harmless for example from Bruno Mars.

P.S.: Yes, this may be none of my business, but I always wanted to comment on such kind of posts publicly.

Cat Eyes?

Today I want to complain about my mascara.

Actually, I wanted to post the english description of this mascara when I found out:

They don't even offer/show it on the english Maybelline New York homepage!

So I figured: Maybe there have also been other costumers who were a bit disappointed of what Maybelline sells -at least in Germany- as:

"Colossal Cat Eyes Volum' Express Mascara"

Before I was using:

(VOLUM' EXPRESS® THE FALSIES™ WASHABLE MASCARA)

(VOLUM' EXPRESS® THE COLOSSAL WATERPROOF MASCARA)

and

(HYPNÔSE DRAMA WATERPROOF
Instant Full Body Volume Mascara
)

..and I was HAPPY!
I had "cat eyes", "doe eyes"... call it as you want to, but the effect was the one promised in the description.

Now I have a mascara named "Cat Eye (...)" and my lashes don't really look any different after the application of the mascara.

Although I have to admit: Today I'm quite pleased (it is as if the mascara knew I would complain in public about its lacking cat-eye-effect).
But other than today: no (noteworthy) effect.

I was just thinking: maybe it is because of my lashes, for I found, that different people prefer different mascaras.

However: Sadly I cannot recommend this mascara.

Rather use one of the other mascaras I posted above, for they really live up to their description!
(..especially the one from Lancôme - Hypnôse Drama)

new bicycle

Yesterday Uni started, and I wanted to go to Uni by bike, like every morning..
The thing is: It was not yet 08:00 AM, so it was still dark and I put on my new light and what happened? It fell to the ground and BROKE!

I was so sad and mad, for here you have to pay a fine when the police catches you riding your bike without having the lights on, but I had no other choice, for if I would have walked I would have been late for my lecture!

Then today I was in a bike shop, to ask how much it would cost for the guy to install lights on my old bike and it was nearly 40€!

I was shocked, but said I would come back later and left.

This is what I am talking about!
I'm talking about a rusty, small, old folding bike!!!

At home I searched randomly for an used bike in my area, and interesting enough:
I found one among the small ads on eBay for only 30€!

So I called the guy who put up the ad, and he told me I could come over and take a look at the bike.
I immediately left my flat to check it out!

Actually I wanted to upload a picture of the "new" bike, but the ad has been deleted.

However it looks good, the lights function (which is absolutely LOVELY!!!) and I even got a little basket in the front :)

I bought it right away!

A friend of mine fixed the handle bar (for it was loose..), then I changed the seat, and pumped up the wheels..
Now it is an absolutely AWESOME bike!!

And it's HUGE compared to my small bike here hahaha

So: If you need something urgently, just search for it randomly on the internet and you might be lucky!
Also: Don't hesitate and call the owner right away, if not others might!

spelling mistakes

Sooo I was just surfing on the internet checking out a blog from a girl who – I think – went to my school back in the days.

She has a blog, and her posts are mostly about fashion, which i love, but what i don’t love are her SPELLING MISTAKES!

It is natural to have your own writing style, or to misspell certain words, but writing

“I whore” meaning “I wore”?

I prostitute?

“I need to learn” meaning “I need to study”, which is a simple 1:1 german -> english translation.

I need to learn… learn what? Learn how to ride a bike?

In times of thousands of online dictionaries and sites which even conjugate verbs for you I think you can avoid making such kind of mistakes.

By the way: Those were just a couple of mistakes I found on her blog.

I am definitely not the “spelling police”, but I was wondering why people don’t seem to think it is important to have a correct spelling when they write blogs?

For me blog-entries are a kind of column, which makes a blogger is a kind of journalist.

I wouldn’t want to read a newspaper filled with spelling mistakes… would you?
