YumYum - Fajita "Popeye Perry"

Again I had a Fajita Day!

- sorry I didn't invite those I promised to invite, but I planned to cook something else.. haha -

Today I made a Fajita "Popeye Perry"
..

"Popeye" because of the spinach, and "Perry" because of Katy Perry "Hot&Cold", and this Fajita is basically a mix of hot and cold ingredients :)

This time you don't have to fry anything..

Step 1:

Warm up your Fajita

Step 2:

Put cream cheese on the Fajita

Step 3:

Add Ketchup

--------- !!! NEW PART !!! ---------------

Step 4:

Add Spinach (which you can heat up in the micro wave, you may add salt and pepper. If not it might not taste good.)

(it looks a bit like a hear, doesn't it?)

Step 5:

Add cherry tomatoes (which you should have cut in slices)

Step 6:

Add meatballs
(I bought meatballs filled with mustard in the super market.
If you think buying finished meatballs from the supermarket is gross: let me assure you it's not, and it saves you a lot of work.)

Step 7:

Add beans (either kidney beans, or white beans)

Today's outfit is inspired by the law exam I wrote today.
I thought even if the exam doesn't go well, at least I'm dressed appropriately

Pink-White-Blue striped blouse -you can actually only see tiny bits of it ahaha-: Ralph Lauren

Black Jeans

Violet bag - United Colours Of Bennetton

YumYum - Fajita

I proudly present: My lunch!

If you feel like mexican food, why not prepare it yourself?

It's easy enough :)

Note: No need to add oil, if you're cooking with a nonstick frying pan!
The meat has enough fat in it so it won't be dry, even if you fry it without adding oil

Step 1:
Fry garlic and onions (if you like)

Step 2:
Fry ground meat, and season it with salt, black pepper, paprika powder, thyme, oregano

Step 3:
Let all of the ingredients fry/cook together with the meat for about 3 - 5 minutes (it has to get heated up, that's all!)

Step 4:
Take a Fajita and heat it up in your microwave (usually 30 seconds with about 750W are enough for one Fajita)

Step 5:
Put cream cheese on your Fajita

Step 6:
Add Ketchup (yes, you may think this is gross, but I dare you to try it before you judge! ;) )

Step 7:
Add the fried stuffing for the Fajita

Step 8:
First fold the right/left side in the middle, then the other side too and at the end you fold the part of the Fajita which is "facing" you in the middle and you have your yummy self-made Fajita Wrap!
