On Day 5 I did walk 10 through Chelsea.

MERIAN LIVE! Spaziergänge London |
I actually didn't take a lot of pictures, and the reason for that might have been, that I had a huge back ache from walking around the previous days.
I took the Jubilee Line from Canary Wharf to Westminster and then either the Circle or District Line to Sloane Square.
When you get out of the tube station, you're on Sloane Square (surprise).
Then you walk down King's Road and you also pass the Duke of York Square which is a nice little square with different shops! Then you pass by Saatchi Gallery and get back on King's Road.
King's Road is a street/road where there's one shop after the other! So another reason why I didn't take a lot of pictures that day might also have been, that I wandered through all of the shops (at least it felt like I did!).
I found a few cute stores we don't have in Germany (for obviously I'm not looking for the Zaras and H&Ms of London..): Jack Willis, Brandy<3Melville, Beauchamp Place (cannot remember anymore what shop this is...).
Jack Willis is a kind of "Abercrombie"-ish store, and they have nice clothes there with a fairly good quality! Also the prices are okay, considering the good quality.
Brandy<3Melville is a nice shop for girls who like crop tops (I felt everything in there was about crop tops!). I think they really only have girls clothes, but going for a cute and girly style. Also a bit "beachy" (haha not meaning bitchy here!)!
And sadly I forgot about Beauchamp Place... Maybe that's also only on my list by mistake.

Bourton's Court |
I also went to the gate of Bourton's Court and Ranelagh Gardens (which is funny, because I used to live near the "Jardin de Ranelagh" in Paris), where they set up a place for the English Veterans to live there with their families.
Then you basically go down King's Road, and I saw a nice little boutique with lovely ballerina flats, so I went inside.
They had really nice flats, but I couldn't find the prices, so I just asked the sales lady.
She looked at me and said: "Oh, well, we don't put prices our products, but they range from 65 to about 200£."
HAHA WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN? Who do they think they are?
200£ is not what I call cheap, but it is not the most expensive shoe in the world!
Geez, I think I might even have more expensive shoes than that and people weren't pretending to be something special by hiding their prices!
I just laughed, thanked her for the information and left the store.
I'm not going to ask for every single price, or even better: just pull off a "Paris Hilton" and just buy shoes without even knowing the price (well, at least it's max. 200£.. HAHA).
After this ridiculous stunt, I went down to the original shop of Vivienne Westwood, and it's so tiny, that I didn't even realize I already passed by!
I didn't go inside though, because I was pretty tired and -as I've already said- my back ached.

A dentist with a pink door! I would definitely go there! |
At some point -after walking down most of King's Road- you walk to the river Thames and then you walk up the Chelsea Embankment. There I also passed by Cheyne Walk, where they said (in my travel guide) that very famous people live there (like some(one?) of the Rolling Stones!).
Short before reaching the Chelsea Physic Garden (a garden of pharmacy students (as far as I remember from my book)) I decided to take the bus back.

Love the architecture in London!! |
This walk was fine, but I'd rather recommend it to people who want to go shopping, for the walk itself was not very impressive (from my point of view).
Stay tuned for the next walk,
x J.
